FISHING IN THE LAKE

The natural richness of Lake Banyoles allows you to practice sport fishing.

To do this, you must have a recreational fishing license issued by the Generalitat de Catalunya; and a permit for a controlled fishing area (ZPC) specific to Banyoles lake and Vilar lake is also required.

It is possible to purchase a 1-day, 15-day, annual or up to 5-year license (from the day you apply).

The permit for a controlled fishing area is 1 day or per year (calendar year).

Permits can be obtained online or in person at the Pla de l'Estany regional office.

When making the fishing permit in a controlled area, the following data must be taken into account:
- Basin: Ter
- Modality: Without Death
- Species: Cyprinids
