HOUSE RULES: 

• The tranquility of the village must be respected and therefore it is not allowed to play music outside. From 11:00 p.m. guests must be silent outside.
• Visits of non resident persons are not allowed without the knowledge and previous consent of the owners. If the consent is given, the price for people invited to stay the day is €15 per person.
• The swimming pool is open from 8 am to 9 pm (in summer) and from 8 am to 8 pm (when it's heated).
• Pets: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted, but this excludes all animals classified as dangerous or illegal, as well as animals that are not kept as pets. There is a fee of 40€ per pet (2 nights) + 10€ extra night. They can not enter inside the bedrooms nor the swimming-pool and they must have a good behaviour. Pets cannot be left alone in the house.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed in the garden.
• For non-compliance with the aforementioned rules, Can Xargay reserves the right of access, as established in article 39 of Law 13/2002 of June 21, on tourism in Catalonia.

OTHER INTERESTING INFORMATION:

• Possibility to put extra beds with extra cost.
• Baby beds: In case you need a cradle, the price will be 15€ (with the baby bed sheets included).
• We reserve the right to request a security deposit if we consider it appropriate. This will be returned to you two days after departure by bank transfer provided that no damages has been caused to the house during the stay, the house has not been left in a state of dirtiness requiring extra cleaning time and the rules have been met.
• The booking will be confirmed when we receive the bank transfer of 25% of the total amount, meanwhile, the house will be available for another group. 
• Can Xargay is a member of the Catalan Consumer Arbitration System with badge number 3599. This badge represents a sign of trust and a competitive advantage, which highlights a plus of service and a factor of quality and professionalism. Companies adhering to the consumer arbitration system accept that the differences that may arise with their customers are resolved through consumer arbitration.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMETABLE:

• High season: June to September, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter and weekends containing public holidays.
• Low season: the rest of the year.
• From 1st to 31st of August, the minimum price is for a group of 16 people.
• The minimum stay is 2 nights, except for long weekends and from 15 June to 15 September, when it is 7 nights.
• Early check-in (from 12:00h) and/or late check-out (until 21:00h) are available subject to availability and for an additional charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is no refund for booking cancellation within 60 days before the check-in date.

100% of the booking is refunded if the booking cancellations exceeds on the number of days mentioned above.

If Can Xargay notifies the customer of a change or cancellation of a booking due to force majeure – defined as circumstances beyond the control of the party invoking them, which are abnormal and unforeseeable, and the consequences of which could not have been avoided despite acting with due diligence – the booking will be refunded without the customer being entitled to any claim or compensation.

DATA PROTECTION:

Personal data collected through the web page and telephonic contact, are only used for the purpose of giving the requested services, as well as proceeding to the invoicing and advertising purposes. Your data will be placed in Can Xargay holder files for invoicing purpose and will be filed during the legally necessary time period.
